About

Hi Lovely one, the thing is

It’s one thing to push past the hopelessness of burnout, constantly battling exhaustion, overwhelm, and disconnection.

But it’s something else entirely to move beyond coping mechanisms—endless to-do lists, quick fixes, and surface-level self-care—and step into the vulnerable, sometimes uncomfortable process of reclaiming and reparenting the lost, neglected parts of yourself that show up in these symptoms.

Symptoms in our body and mind—such as fatigue, pain, anxiety, restlessness, tension, headaches, digestive issues, and sleepless nights—are more than just inconveniences; they are messages, signs that something deeper needs our attention. These symptoms don’t exist in isolation; they reflect how we’ve been neglecting ourselves and what we’ve been taught to ignore.

I am devoted to helping you learn how to nurture yourself and recognize the wisdom in these messages.

My Journey

Little Kate had a very different life from the one I live today. I was an undiagnosed empath (super sensitive child), always putting the needs of others before my own, and feeling everything super deeply.

My “home” wasn’t broken, but when my grandfather passed away, I was only 3 at the time, it created a rift in the family that left me and my brother isolated from our cousins (there were 11 of us!). I was only three at the time and felt confused and alone. No one explained what was happening, so my brother and I became the black sheep of the family, I didnt realise how deeply this impacted me and my life on-going.

By age 14, I was constantly exhausted, sleeping over 12 hours and still waking up tired, but doctors would dismiss it as “normal.” My skin was a mess, and I retreated further into myself, losing my sense of self in a world that felt too big and too harsh. I kept sensing that something was “wrong” with me. My body would scream in pain and exhaustion, but I didn’t know how to listen to it, so I kept pushing through. That’s my hope for you: that you don’t ignore these signals and accept chronic exhaustion as normal. Because it’s not.

From here, I was finally diagnosed with a number of chronic health conditions including chronic fatigue, general anxiety disorder, chronic insomnia, POTS, PCOS, SIBO, EBV I could go on but I wont ;), I think I once counted over 100 symptoms going on in my body which was hell.

Over the past decade, I’ve found shifts, and I’ve learned to embrace the magic and joy in life through nurturing myself. But don’t get me wrong—this hasn’t been a linear journey filled with rainbows and fairy dust. It’s been hard work, the toughest “job” I’ve ever done, but oh, has it been worth it.

Yes, my body still flares up sometimes. It still aches when I don’t speak up or hides in exhaustion when life becomes overwhelming. But that’s how it works. I’m far from perfect. I binge-watch YouTube, eat chocolate, and sometimes resist doing the work. In other words, I’m not perfect, and thank goodness for that.

Qualifications and Accreditations
I am a Member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy & NLP (BIH). As a member of this governing body, I am committed to receiving regular clinical supervision and engaging in ongoing professional development to ensure that my therapy is safe, effective, and up-to-date with current and relevant knowledge.

What Is NLP

NLP stands for Neuro (brain) - Linguistic (language) - Programming (how we function), which essentially means learning the language of our own minds. It acts as a manual for the brain and is a proven model for accelerating human change by helping us improve the way we think, feel, and behave.

What Is EFT?

EFT, or 'tapping,' is often described as 'emotional acupuncture without needles.' Using acupressure techniques, this groundbreaking method offers a simple, powerful, and effective way to change feelings and thoughts and to relieve physical and emotional pain. EFT is highly effective and can often achieve results where other approaches have failed. It can be used on its own or integrated with other approaches, such as traditional counseling or NLP, to accelerate therapy and enhance outcomes

What is Hypnotherapy

Clinical hypnosis is a way of artificially accessing the brain’s REM – dreaming sleep – state, which is your natural learning and programming state. This is not the same as stage hypnosis, or scripted, authoritarian hypnosis which can be used to entertain or manipulate. A skilled hypnotherapist will take time to listen to you carefully, get clear about what you want to achieve, and understand what drives you and holds you back. I craft your hypnotherapy specifically for you.
