Hey my lovely,

I’M KATE PRANCE.

I help women with relationship anxiety and ROCD, so they can finally enjoy their relationships.

When relationships don't feel the way you hoped they would, it can be confusing and painful. It was for me, so I get it. Maybe you find yourself replaying conversations, googling symptoms at 1am, or asking yourself "do I love them enough?" on a loop you can't switch off. Maybe you feel like you're the only one working this hard to feel secure, while everyone else seems to make it look easy. That constant checking, doubting, analysing — it isn't a character flaw, and it isn't proof that something is wrong with your relationship. Most of the time, it's your nervous system trying to keep you safe, using patterns you learned long before this relationship even began. This work is about gently unlearning those patterns. It's about feeling safe in your own body again, quietening the loop of intrusive doubt, and building a relationship that feels calm, steady and secure — without losing yourself in the process.

Don't worry — I'm here to help you do this.

My Story

Little Kate dreamed of the fairytale. The swept-off-your-feet, butterflies-in-your-stomach, someone's-going-to-keep-you-safe-forever kind of love — think that iconic Patrick Swayze moment, being told nothing bad will ever happen to you again.
I didn't realise it at the time, but that dream had a price tag. I was outsourcing my safety, my worth, my whole sense of okay-ness, to whoever I happened to be dating.
That led to a string of relationships I'd have very quickly labelled "toxic" — but if I'm honest, I brought plenty of toxicity of my own. We were toxic. Underneath it all was years of undiagnosed OCD, quietly wiring my nervous system tighter and tighter, until in my late 20’s everything came crashing down. I lost my job, my flat in London, my whole routine pretty much my life as I knew it. For a long stretch afterwards, I couldn't work at all. Full disclosure: it's been close to ten years since I've worked in a "normal" job.
Instead, I trained. I became a therapeutic coach, because if I was going to go through all of this, I wanted it to mean something for someone else too.
Then, at 35, I found myself in my first genuinely healthy relationship. I thought years of therapy, a whole career built on this stuff surely I'd just be secure now? Hell no. The anxiety and the OCD showed up louder than ever. But this time, I had the tools. Instead of panicking and letting it convince me something was wrong, I worked through it instead of leaving this amazing man. And I'm still here today with him almost 4 years in.

Official Bio

I am a therapeutic coach and qualified in Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, and Life Coaching.

Qualifications and Accreditations

I am a Member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy & NLP (BIH). As a member of this governing body, I am committed to receiving regular clinical supervision and engaging in ongoing professional development to ensure that my coaching is safe, effective, and up-to-date with current and relevant knowledge.

I am currently completing my ICF (International Coaching Federation) accreditation, and if all goes to plan I hope to begin training as a therapist next year. I like to hold that lightly for now, as plans can always change, but it's the direction I'm working towards.

What Is NLP?

NLP stands for Neuro (brain) - Linguistic (language) - Programming (how we function), which essentially means learning the language of our own minds. It acts as a manual for the brain and is a proven model for accelerating human change by helping us improve the way we think, feel, and behave.

What Is EFT?

EFT, or 'tapping,' is often described as 'emotional acupuncture without needles.' Using acupressure techniques, this groundbreaking method offers a simple, powerful, and effective way to change feelings and thoughts and to relieve physical and emotional pain. EFT is highly effective and can often achieve results where other approaches have failed. It can be used on its own or integrated with other approaches, such as traditional counseling or NLP, to accelerate therapy and enhance outcomes.

What is Hypnotherapy

Clinical hypnosis is a way of artificially accessing the brain’s REM – dreaming sleep – state, which is your natural learning and programming state. This is not the same as stage hypnosis, or scripted, authoritarian hypnosis which can be used to entertain or manipulate. A skilled hypnotherapist will take time to listen to you carefully, get clear about what you want to achieve, and understand what drives you and holds you back. I craft your hypnotherapy specifically for you.

A few facts

ABOUT ME…

I’m a deeply sensitive empath (my greatest strength and my biggest challenge).

I’m deeply playful, my inner child even has a name: Princess Kate.

I used to be a debt collector (on the phone!) — the last job you'd guess for someone this sweet.

I’m an HUGE animal lover who swears they understand me better than most humans.

Guilty pleasure: I absolutely LOVE liquorice.

I always pictured having kids one day. Not sure that's still the plan, but my partner and I just became cat parents to Bria — our very first fur baby.

What about you lovely one?
