Module 1

Creating Safety in Your Body & Relationships

Before we can change how you show up in relationships, your body needs to feel safe first. In this module, you’ll begin reconnecting with your nervous system, understanding your relational triggers, and creating a steady inner base so connection no longer feels overwhelming or threatening. You’ll learn simple, practical tools to help your body move out of survival mode, so you’re no longer stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or people-pleasing. From this place of safety, you’ll start to notice how much easier it becomes to stay present, grounded, and connected with others — without losing yourself.

Walk away with: a toolkit of grounding practices you can use before, during, and after relational stress, a deeper sense of safety within yourself, and the first glimmers of calm, secure connection that make healthy relationships possible.

Module 2

Understanding Your Relationship Patterns & Meeting Your Parts

With safety as your foundation, we begin exploring the parts of you that show up in relationships — especially during moments of closeness, conflict, or uncertainty. These may include the People-Pleaser, the Over-Thinker, the Inner Critic, or the part of you that fears being too much or not enough. Rather than trying to fix or get rid of these patterns, you’ll learn how to understand them with compassion. You’ll start to see how they developed as protective strategies shaped by earlier relationships, family dynamics, and your nervous system’s need for connection and safety. As you learn to listen to these parts instead of fighting them, they begin to soften. You’ll gain insight into why certain relationship dynamics feel familiar — and how to respond differently when old patterns are triggered.

Walk away with: a clearer understanding of your relationship patterns, compassion for the parts of you that carry them, and practical tools to soothe and regulate yourself so these patterns no longer run the show.

Module 3

Reclaiming Yourself & Creating Secure Relationships

With greater awareness and regulation, this module focuses on how you actually want to show up in relationships going forward. You’ll clarify what feels right for you beyond people-pleasing, roles, expectations, and old “shoulds.” Here, we translate insight into lived change. You’ll practice expressing needs, setting boundaries, and staying connected to yourself while in relationship with others. This is where secure relating becomes something you can feel in your body — not just understand intellectually. This module supports you to move through the world with more confidence and self-trust, choosing relationships that feel mutual, respectful, and emotionally safe.

Walk away with: a stronger sense of self, increased confidence in how you relate to others, and a clear inner compass for building relationships that feel calm, secure, and aligned with who you truly are.

Figuring it out yourself

Loneliness and self-doubt may creep in when there’s no one around you who truly understands what you’re going through. Other peeps can often have a hard time understanding your experience and may even unsettle you with their well-meaning but ultimately unhelpful comments or advice.
